We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the excellent location near the main plaza and other sites and shops, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. We especially enjoyed the views of the city and surrounding mountains from the 5th floor balcony area.

The hotel's location is superb, just a few steps away from the main square, providing easy access to various sites and shops. the 5th-floor room I stayed in had lovely architecture with original sillar stone, offering excellent views of the city and surrounding mountains from the balcony. the room was warm, cosy, and well-furnished, including a wardrobe, table, fridge.
There was a minor security issue with the room door, which had a flimsy lock and a noticeable gap between the door and crevice.

The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the main square. It was so convenient to have everything within walking distance - shops, sites, and restaurants. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Another great advantage was the architecture of the room, which was in the original stone. It added a unique and authentic touch to our stay, and the views from the balcony on the 5th floor were stunning.
There were a couple of negatives that affected our experience. the security seemed lacking.

The hotel had a unique architecture with rooms made of sillar stone, offering excellent views of the city and surrounding mountains. the breakfast served on the 5th-floor balcony was a good selection.
the room doors were flimsy and had simple locks, making me worry about the safety of my belongings.
